AIR
ONE FOOTER:This is the first trick me and all my friends learned. This is a simple trick to learn. To practice it, just hit a jump that will give you a little air, bunny hop then lift your foot strait of the peddles.Thats all just start pushing it further, and further out till you've got your own variation...........Flengy
ONE HANDER: This is a scary trick when your a beginner. The tip to get this trick down is to just not think about what could happen if you mess up.Start by just lifting your hand off a little bit at a time. Thats about all the help we can give ya peace juggalos make sure you dont accidentaly grab the brack though it really hurts...........Flengy
No-Footer: To start off you need to approach a jump that your comfortable with. You don't need a lot of height for this trick. Approach the jump with a fair amount of speed . Bunny hop at the edge of the jump but when you go to pull up your knees put your weight on your bars and pull your feet strait of the peddles for practice. After you get to were you ready to go a little farther.Spread your feet a little bit farther apart .As for putting your feet back on the peddles slam them on the crank arms and them down to the peddles.( To practice landing just ride around and jump off the peddles to help to get the feel of bringing your feet back on ).........Flengy
X-UP:for an x-up you have you know which foot when you ride is always forward(like me my right foot is always forward)you approach the jump at a smooth steady speed(or whatever is comfortable)then when you reach the lip of the ramp and yo are in the air turn the handle bars the way where you foot is(like mine right).you shold keep on trying this until you have got it down like it is nothing.it may take a few tries but you will eventually get it.......Dave
NO-HANDER: This is one of the more advanced tricks and like every trick youll need to start small by just barely taking your hands of the bars.to get these really torqued like a pro you need to fit the seat to were you can easily grab it with your knees.Grabbing the seat will help the front from dropping down and it helps you from falling of the back. Its best if you have knee pads for trying this trick because it can make the inside of your knees very sore you will need somekind of covering there (or you can suck it up and justgo for it
Three Sixty-All I have to say is try it. Its almost like doing it off the ground but you must complete the full 360 degree rotation. At first you should try going small. Once mastered, go BIG!!!! ..........courtesy of Ryan Nyquist
